Can i ask for my cake to be less sweet?

Our cakes and sweet treats are already 50% less in sugar as compared to an average customised cake, in order to attune our menu to appease Asian taste buds – so you wouldn’t have to worry about a sugar overload. Even your toddlers and seniors are welcome to enjoy them in moderation!

I want a nicely designed cake, but i have nothing in mind. Can you inspire me?

After serving over 30,000 special occasions, we know your hearts and what you love. We have categorised these popular cake designs to over 20 themes for your easy browsing. There’s certainly something that’ll anchor you in! Think wacky beer-themed cakes and mystical unicorn bakes with rainbow cake layers. If you’d like, you can customise it with different colours, additional tiers and even opt for larger sizes for bigger birthday celebrations. What are your charges like?

When your total order value is $150 and above, you are entitled to free delivery to 1 location, within a 4-hour range! (Between 9am-6pm) If your order falls below $150, there are a few options for you:

  • Flexi Delivery - $9.9 (We will come anytime between 9-630pm)
  • Regular Delivery - $15 (We will come between your preferred 4-hour range between 9am-6:30pm)
  • Specific timing Delivery - $9.9 (any 1-hour range between 9am to 6pm) - Flat rate $35
  • Early Delivery - 8am-9am - Flat rate $45
  • Late Delivery - 7pm-8pm - Flat rate $45
P.S. If your delivery address is to a hotel, chalet or office building, we send to the nearest car pick up/drop off area and our delivery person will call prior to delivery As delivery is charged cost to cost from our logistics partner, we seek your understanding on the following: - For any failed delivery, a $15 redelivery charge will apply.

Can i choose a specific time for my cake delivery?

Yes you can, at any 1 hour between 9am and 6pm. Our rate for specific delivery is $35.

What are the modes of payments available?

We currently accept credit card payments, as well as bank transfer.

How far in advance should i place my order?

For our classic standard cakes, mini cakes, and pastries, as well as some design cakes from our website, we can accept orders 1-2 days in advance.

For semi-customed cakes and fully customised cakes with fondant, we usually require you to place your order at least 3 days in advance.

That said, most people usually order at least 1 week - 1 month in advance to be guaranteed of a slot, especially during peak periods. We recommend booking as soon as you're confirmed to avoid disappointment!

Things like delivery timing and address can be tentative and changed afterwards!
